Great convenience and pleasant service
Rented a U-Haul truck whose rear door malfunctioned. Tough time opening/closing. Called Stowaway to inform and dealt with a man who was rude and had a "could care less" attitude. Go elsewhere if you want better customer service!
Easy process and very accommodating. Their upkeep of the property makes visits to the unit a little less of a chore. Surprised at how interested the manager is in my satisfaction with the service.
Very rude over the phone. Was trying to find information for a move regarding pricing on round trip versus one way and was hung up on twice. Will never have my business.
They could care less. You can't use the bathroom and no access after 9 pm.
